Developed by Kushner and Block Capital Group the complex is a mix of residences, retail and office space. Additionaly, it provides 232 parking spaces for the busy neighborhood.

Our design team developed a custom system that could meet the the original renderings by Arquitectonica, which was the Miami architectural firm leading the project.

The project received over 10,000 square feet of garage screen, showing a gradient of 4 different red and blue colors fitting into the artistic and colorful character of the Wynwood arts neighborhood.

The horizontal light boxes were fabricated in aluminum and integrated into the screen system. The boxes are meant to be lit up at night, so that the corrugated perforated panels could stand out.
