St Tropez Office Tower is located on Sunny Isles, Florida.

The systems delivered by Componenti are a representation of modern architecture utilizing high performing materials to decorate facades.

Componenti designed and installed 20,000 sqft of the parking façade of this building. It consists of 6 floors of aluminum perforated metal panel with two different patterns. The south facade displays a diamond-shaped laser pattern.

In the east facade we fabricated a 3/4 round perforated panel allowing 40% open Area for the parking garage. Finally, we covered the lobby’s interior ceilings and the exterior garage walls with wood grain finish Panelex panels. Componenti is proud of the extraordinary work our team managed to assemble for this project.
