Situated on the corner of Waterways Boulevard and NE 207th Street is one of the major development recently completed by Integra Development. Zyscovich was selected to design a five-building complex that could thrive in the heart of Aventura, Florida.  It features offices, condominiums, medical center, hotel, and senior living.​

Componenti is proud to have engineered and manufactured an architectural metal façade that would complement the parking garage structures of the complex. ​

 ​The first screen system was developed in collaboration with the owner & architect to obtain a cost effective solution that could meet the original design intent. Componenti engineered a horizontal aluminum slat system that had concealed fasteners and that required no welding, and patented as the Omega Screen System.​

 ​The horizontals slats were to be cut at different lengths, painted in 3 different Duranar colors, and then installed at different orientations. This allowed the façade to display a vibrant look. ​

 ​For the second parking facade,  we engineered and developed a system that would be composed of phenolic wood grain panels and architectural louvers.​

Componenti is proud to have installed over 52,205 square feet of architectural screens throughout the Aventura Park Square project.
