The Aston Martin brand is synonymous with ultra luxury, top performance and style.

G&G Business Development selected this iconic brand to develop condominiums in Downtown Miami that would attract residents from all over the world.

G&G contracted Componenti to a design assist agreement in order to develop a screen system that would meet the aesthetics and performance requirements of Aston Martin. The screen system is installed over the 15 levels of parking garage, totaling over 60,000 square feet, and is a major element of the tower.

The product fabricated by Componenti has an advantage because it greatly reduces the visibility and light transmittance, while maintaining a free area percentage of 40%. This was achieved with a horizontal louver system with a custom formed shape.

The horizontal louver panel gets assembled with stiffeners in order to withstand the hurricane wind forces in South Florida.

The modular louver system has the benefit of being easy to handle and manipulate during the installation, which makes it an efficient system to install.
