Fort Lauderdale is a city on the southeast coast of Florida, known for its beaches and navigation canals. It is full of exclusive outdoor restaurants, bars, boutiques and luxury hotels. 790 Broward Blvd is a residential parking lot building located in this city where we had the opportunity to develop a design that represents the fluidity of the waves and its tranquility.

For this project we use state-of-the-art engineering where we reflect the design of a wavy façade both concave and convex and of different ranges of gray color that give a dynamic sensation. The perforated flat panels were connected by means of a curved rolled pipe to give a unique volumetric visual appearance. The coordination of this project was special, due to the high concentration of post-tensioned cables in the slab, which was solved with a perfect coordination between the parties involved to carry out this project.
