4411 San Felipe is our latest project in Houston, Texas.

 This new Class A Office building located in the Uptown District displays a modern and sophisticated architecture. The architectural firm, HOK, collaborated with our design team in order to find a screening solution for the parking garage. Componenti engineered and fabricated an aluminum panel system that would beautify this facade.

 Initial renders and concepts design were provided by the architect.

We fabricated 7,000 square feet of panels with 3 different types of perforation patterns in order to meet the design intent. Componenti strives to exceed expectations on all fronts. Focusing on delivering a product with performance, quality and that stays true to the architectural intent.
