Located in downtown West Palm Beach, 360 Rosemary is the newest Class A office tower to be inaugurated in the area by developer Related Companies.

The New York developer selected Elkus Manfredi and Leo A Daly as the architectural firms for the project. The offices are conveniently located right next to the Brightline passenger rail station and have already attracted many financial firms from out-of-state.

This project features various Componenti products across the exterior facade. We designed a custom architectural grill with decorative mullions to clad the entire garage skin. 

The aluminum grilles totaled over 30,000 square feet. They were fabricated with 6” openings to produce a high open area for natural ventilation.

A Rooftop Sunshade System was designed for the entire perimeter of the building. The sunshade module were also fabricated out of aluminum and weighed over 700 lbs each. The typical modules measured 4ft x 10ft and had to be manipulated with a mobile crane during the installation.

The sunshade cantilevers over 6 feet off the building and is a main feature of the facade.
